The Air Traffic Control (ATC) tower at Noida International Airport in Jewar has been completed and handed over to the Airport Authority of India (AAI), marking a significant milestone for the airport's development. Despite a five-month delay, the airport's first phase remains on track, with completion expected by late 2024. Managed by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited and Zurich Airport International AG, the project aims to boost regional connectivity and economic growth in the Delhi NCR area. The airport will eventually handle up to 70 million passengers annually, easing congestion at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport.
