Victor Macuácua, Commercial and Public Relations Officer, made the announcement in Cape Town on April 9. The upgrade will enhance fuel transport from the Port of Beira in Mozambique to Harare in Zimbabwe.
“This upgrade comes as a result of over 40 years of continuous, safe, efficient and competitive transport,” Macuácua stated.
In addition to Zimbabwe, the Beira corridor pipeline supplies fuel to hinterland markets in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Malawi and Botswana.
