Finalised in March 2025, the investment aims to align physical infrastructure with digital integration, accelerating the modernisation of Indonesia’s logistics sector.

Paul Good, Chairman of GL Terminal, said: “Envilog is addressing a critical market need by digitizing container flows across the supply chain. This partnership strengthens our ability to offer end-to-end logistics services that are faster, more transparent, and easier to scale.”

Envilog offers digital tools like Envi-Customs, Envi-Truck, Envi-Port, Envi-Depot, and Envi-Bonded to help logistics stakeholders manage truck bookings, port access, customs declarations, and generate digital passes.

The platform is integrated with Indonesia’s Ceisa 4.0 system and connects to five major port terminals in Jakarta.

Yanti Agustinova, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Envilog, stated: “Our goal has always been to digitise the container journey end to end —from customs and bonded zones to terminal and depot flows.

“Working alongside GL Terminal gives us the infrastructure and strategic alignment we need to expand our services and deliver even greater value to importers, exporters, and carriers.”

The partnership aims to address the growing demand for visibility, automation, and compliance in container logistics.

By merging bonded logistics infrastructure with real-time digital workflows, GL Terminal and Envilog are aiming to improve supply chain operations in Indonesia.

Envilog, currently operating in Jakarta and integrated with five major port terminals, plans to expand to key cities like Surabaya, Semarang, and Belawan, with future goals to enter regional markets such as Malaysia and Thailand.

Recently, SAAM Terminals inaugurated a training tool to teach new crane operators and retrain existing personnel at San Vicente Terminal Internacional (SVTI), Chile.
