Originally approved in 2018, the project has already delivered:

Following a boundary change and a revised masterplan approved in March 2022, this latest planning approval will enable Solum to deliver:
The scheme has received over 65 letters of support from local residents, each highlighting personal reasons for backing the development—from improved transport links to increased housing availability.
This regeneration is set to revitalise the station gateway, improve connectivity, and provide much-needed homes and amenities, reinforcing Bishop’s Stortford’s role as a key commuter hub and vibrant community.
