The market has been invited to engage on an upcoming £1bn highways and transport professional services framework for the London borough of Ealing.
Ealing’s Highways and Transport Services Framework Contract 2025 will provide highways and transport-related consultancy support to the council and all other interested London local government authorities.
It comprises four separate lots. As this is only a pre-market engagement exercise, not much detail has been provided relating to the different lots.
Regardless, the framework is expected to be split into Lot 1 for bridge inspections, Lot 2 for condition surveys, Lot 3 for general engineering and Lot 4 for flood management services.
All lots will be delivered via a call-off arrangement, so that work can be delivered on a flexible basis as and when required.
The framework is expected to last for four years from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2029.
The pre-market engagement documents state that it is estimated the official tender for the framework will be released on 17 June.
