The massive capital investment will focus on three primary development zones: the construction of new dining and residential facilities on the East Campus, a transformative mixed-use development on West Berry Street, and a complete renovation of the historic Ed Landreth Hall and Auditorium. This strategic initiative underscores TCU’s commitment to providing a world-class student experience while strengthening its physical integration with the surrounding Fort Worth community.

A significant portion of the funding is allocated to the East Campus, where TCU is addressing the urgent need for on-campus housing to support rising enrollment. The plan includes the development of new residence halls capable of housing hundreds of students, alongside a state-of-the-art dining facility to serve the expanding population. These additions are part of a broader strategy to create a more pedestrian-friendly and cohesive campus environment, ensuring that students have access to high-quality living and learning spaces within walking distance of academic buildings.
