At IFAT 2026 in Munich (Hall 3A, Stand 222), Lutz-Jesco will present modular technologies designed to modernize and secure drinking water networks worldwide. The company’s portfolio includes chlorine gas dosing systems and electrolysis units that generate disinfectants directly from commercially available salt, addressing both centralized and decentralized supply infrastructures.

Intelligent chlorine gas dosing systems

A key exhibit will be the Easypro 2 measuring and control water panel. Integrated into water networks, the system continuously monitors parameters such as pH and residual chlorine levels, automatically regulating chlorine gas dosing from pressure cylinders to maintain consistent water quality.

Safety is enhanced through the Easycon gas warning system, which detects chlorine leaks in ambient air and triggers alarms while activating the Chlorstop safety valve to immediately shut off gas at the cylinder. Additional emergency mechanisms, including sprinkler activation, can also be integrated. The modular design allows permanent installation in waterworks or deployment in containerized mobile units.

On-site disinfectant generation via electrolysis

Lutz-Jesco will also present the EASYCHLORGEN electrolysis system, engineered for decentralized water treatment. The system produces sodium hypochlorite on site from standard salt, with capacities ranging from 240 g/h up to 60 kg/h depending on configuration. By generating, storing, and dosing disinfectant locally, the technology reduces transportation risks, enhances operational safety, and supports smaller or remote water supply systems.

Supporting sustainable infrastructure upgrades

Beyond hardware delivery, Lutz-Jesco provides engineering support, commissioning services, and operator training to ensure reliable long-term performance. The modular architecture of its systems enables scalable upgrades to aging infrastructure while improving operational safety and compliance.

With increasing pressure on global water resources due to industrialization and population growth, Lutz-Jesco’s integrated disinfection technologies offer utilities and municipalities flexible, secure solutions to strengthen drinking water quality worldwide.
