As well as strengthening customer confidence in RSE as a long-term, trusted supplier of innovative technologies, he will also play a central role in scaling RSE’s product portfolio.

Stephen Slessor, CEO of RSE, said:

“Bringing top-level industry expertise, Kes is a quality addition to our team. I’m pleased to welcome him at a time of immense opportunity for RSE across the UK and beyond. With global water resources coming under unprecedented pressure, focusing on the operational effectiveness of our technology and proven ability to continuously innovate have never been more important.”

Kes brings extensive specialist knowledge in treatment technologies, gained through a distinguished career spanning various managerial and non-executive roles across the water industry.

He joins RSE after spending 22 years with Scottish Water, most recently as the organisation’s former director of transformation where he was responsible for leading the delivery of a £1 billion transformation strategy to ensure a sustainable and affordable future for Scottish Water and its customers in a rapidly changing operating climate.

Commenting on his new position, Kes Juskowiak, Operations Director of RSE, said:

“This is an exciting time to be joining RSE as it sets sights on its next phase of growth in both UK and global markets. The company has built an enviable reputation over four decades of outstanding innovation in treatment technologies and time-saving manufacturing efficiency.”

“It’s a critical time for embedding our range of products that will help transform the UK’s ageing infrastructure. When time and cost are essential considerations, our solutions offer a proven way to accelerate deployment, reduce risk, and deliver long-term value across the water network.

Established in 1982, RSE has grown into one of the leading MEICA contractors and specialist engineering businesses in the UK water industry. It has created an in-house full-service capability from project inception through to design, fabrication and delivery by means of installation and commissioning.

“I look forward to taking up this opportunity to further develop RSE’s industry-leading reputation – most simply by listening and understanding to the needs of our customers – as well as seeking out new opportunities to build our industry-leading product lineup, which includes essential components in addressing the sector’s wider needs.”
