— Women in HVACR announced its 2026 executive board, board of directors, and the appointment of a new executive director to support the organization’s mission to advance women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration trades.

The nonprofit elected Jane Sidebottom as president and Christyn Mueller as vice president. Meghan Millard was appointed executive director and will oversee organizational operations, member engagement, and programming focused on mentorship, education, and career development.

Women in HVACR stated that women represent about 3% of the HVACR workforce and often face barriers to entry and advancement, including limited access to mentorship and professional networks. The organization provides education, leadership development, and support to help strengthen the industry’s workforce.

Sidebottom is president and founder of Applied Marketing Knowledge, a marketing and management consulting firm serving manufacturers, distributors, and service companies in the HVACR and home services markets. Mueller is director of global learning and development at Johnson Controls and brings experience in leadership development and training strategy.

The executive board also includes Kristin Gallup, Carrier Enterprise director of product management, as immediate past president; Angela Miller, brand ambassador for Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing, as treasurer; and Crystal Williams, founder and lead strategist for Lemon Seed Marketing, as executive board secretary.

The board of directors includes Becky Hoelscher, senior account manager for Arkema; Lisa Knapp, president and founder of Sea of Possibility Leadership Consulting; Janal Reid, owner of Serveway Heating and Air Conditioning and Next Generation Tradesmen Foundation; and Jazmin Ramirez, executive director of growth for CI Web Group.

According to the organization, the executive board and board of directors guide strategic direction, financial stewardship, and governance in support of Women in HVACR’s mission.
