, a heavy civil construction and construction materials provider, made several leadership changes at the start of 2026.
Ross Myers, who has served as chairman and CEO for more than four decades, transitioned to the role of executive chairman. In his new role, Ross will continue to provide guidance to the organization and leadership teams.

“This is a remarkable time in the trajectory of our company,” Ross says. “It has been a dream of mine for decades to be able to continue the family legacy of leadership at our company. I am overwhelmingly confident in Brock, Aaron and Seth continuing to partner with our other company leaders, building on our collective successes.”
Additionally, Ray Bond was named executive vice president and CFO. Bond succeeds Denis Moore, who served in the role for more than 15 years. Moore is now director of special projects for The Myers Group.
