(AED) named
RDO Equipment Co.
’s Marshall Anderson as its 2026 chairman of the board.
Anderson, executive vice president at RDO Equipment, was appointed during the 2026 AED Summit in Dallas. He will serve a one-year term.
“It’s an honor to serve as AED chairman and to represent an industry that plays such a vital role in powering the economy,” Anderson says. “I look forward to working alongside AED’s leadership and membership to strengthen our collective voice, support distributor success and help position our industry for long-term growth.”
Michael Paradis (Bramco), Stephen Farrens (Vermeer Heartland) and Ken Monroe (Holt of California) join Anderson on the AED board.
In addition, Bejac Corp.’s Ron Barlet was named chairman of the AED Foundation. Barlet, who is president and CEO of Bejac, will serve a two-year term in the role. Bartlet will help guide the AED Foundation’s efforts to strengthen the industry through workforce development initiatives, research and professional education programs.
“Workforce development remains one of the most critical challenges facing our industry,” Barlet says. “As chairman of the AED Foundation, I’m excited to help expand programs that attract, train and retain the next generation of skilled professionals and ensure our members have the talent they need to thrive.”
