ADNOC Gas has converted its

with Indian state-owned oil and gas company, Hindustan Petroleum (HPCL), into a sales and purchase agreement (SPA) valued at up to €2.6 billion over 10 years.

The deal covers the export of 0.5 million tonnes per annum (mmtpa) of LNG from ADNOC Gas’ Das Island facility, a strategic asset with a production capacity of 6 mmtpa.
