In glorious sunshine and sweltering heat of over 40 °C, another ANTARIS small wind turbine was successfully installed in Schleswig-Holstein. It was a challenging day’s installation – but it is precisely moments like these that demonstrate what passion, experience and true engineering expertise can achieve.
With a mast height of 12 metres (total height 15 m), the turbine remains exempt from planning permission whilst making optimal use of the available wind potential. Thanks to the tilting mast, installation is flexible and practical – whether using an excavator, a winch or a tractor.
But the heart of this system lies in the details:

In Lower Saxony, another ANTARIS 7.5 kW wind turbine is currently being installed on a 12-metre tilting mast – set up efficiently and without the need for a large crane.
In Bavaria, this Antaris 12 kW turbine was installed on a 24-metre mast – an impressive project for sustainable energy supply and true independence. https://braun-windturbinen.com/produkte/antaris-kleinwindanlagen/antaris-12-kw/
What a story – and what a testament to true “Made in Germany” quality!
In the midst of the true north wind, this impressive Antaris 12 kW turbine spins atop a 24-meter-high tubular mast – powerful, reliable, and built to last for decades.
It has been a busy month for GWEC, marked by major milestones in global advocacy, industry leadership, and international dialogue. From strengthening wind energy’s role on the road to COP31 at the 15th Turkish Wind Energy Congress and marking an important leadership transition in GWEC Africa, to bringing together policymakers and industry leaders at the Lisbon Future Dialogue, we continue to drive the partnerships and dialogue shaping the global energy transition. We are also looking forward to GWEC’s APAC Wind Energy Summit 2026 and GWEC’s landmark Global Offshore Wind Report 2026 launching next week as well as celebrating Global Wind Day on the 15th June. Dive in to see what’s shaping the wind energy landscape.
