Enlight Renewable Energy has signed a 15-year physical power purchase agreement (PPA) with Google for solar energy supply in Oklahoma. The agreement will deliver 200 MWac of solar power from the Solstice solar project to the Southwest Power Pool market. The renewable energy generated from Solstice will support Google’s regional data center operations.

Solstice is a 250 MWdc solar project being developed by Enlight’s U.S. subsidiary, Clēnera Holdings. The project is expected to begin construction in 2028 and will commence commercial operations in 2029. A future expansion phase is also planned to add 800 MWh of battery energy storage capacity to the project.

In March 2026, Enlight Renewable Energy, through its U.S. subsidiary Clēnera, secured $304 million in financing commitments for the Crimson Orchard project in Idaho. The financing was provided by HSBC, ING Capital, KeyBanc Capital Markets, and MUFG Bank for the project. The project comprises 120 MW solar and 400 MWh battery storage capacity. The project, currently under construction, is expected to begin commercial operations in the first half of 2027.
