The contract will be executed over a period of 20 months on an item rate basis and was awarded by an overseas entity. The company stated that neither its promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding authority and that the project does not qualify as a related party transaction. Execution plans will follow standard regulatory and contractual procedures.

The shares closed at Rs 131.03 apiece on Thursday, 25 June, down two point five one per cent for the day. This marks the company's second order win in less than two weeks. On 13 June the company had received a Letter of Acceptance from the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation Ltd for development of a Gems and Jewellery Park in Raipur under a public private partnership model. That project involves a premium payment of Rs 1.124 bn with a lease period of 30 years, extendable up to 90 years.

The Guyana contract complements the domestic order and reinforces the company's order book across overseas and domestic markets. The company will proceed with mobilization and preconstruction activities while monitoring timelines and costs within the stipulated contract period. Financial and operational implications will be reflected in subsequent regulatory filings and periodic disclosures. Investors and stakeholders are expected to track progress through exchange filings and company updates.
