Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat
The Alto das Nações Torre 2 in the heart of the capital of São Paulo, has just reached its maximum height of 219 meters, making it the tallest skyscraper in the city and one of the tallest in Brazil.
More than an architectural landmark, this project symbolizes the strength of national engineering and the ability to transform the urban landscape with innovation, technique and safety. Located in the Chácara Santo Antônio neighborhood, the building stands out not only for its grandeur, but also for its constructive efficiency, commitment to sustainability and its insertion in a multipurpose complex that prioritizes mobility and urban connectivity. The project will have easy access to several bus and train lines, integration with bike lanes, a complete infrastructure for cyclists, and four exclusive accesses for vehicles.
Representing more than a corporate building, the high-rise is part of an ecosystem that promotes quality of life and well-being: an environment that brings together leisure, housing, and a green refuge with more than 400 trees, designed to provide balance and decompression in the midst of the dynamic routine of corporate day-to-day life.
