The second generation of the Sync it All portfolio and the launch of Scroll Pulse mark a leap forward in energy efficiency and temperature control
Embraco, a global brand of solutions for refrigeration, heating, and air-conditioning and part of the Nidec Global Appliance brand’s portfolio, is participating at AHR Expo Las Vegas 2026, North America’s largest HVAC&R trade show, from February 2 to 4, unveiling two global solutions: the Sync it All Pro, the second generation of the Sync it All portfolio of integrated electronic components, and the Embraco Pulse, a new line of scroll compressors with digital capacity modulation technology. Embraco will be at booth C3625, side by side with U.S. Motors, its sister brand under Nidec Global Appliance’s umbrella.
Sync it All Pro: new generation of integrated components
Sync it All Pro is the evolution of Embraco’s Sync it All integrated components strategy. This new generation is composed of the Embraco Sync Pro controller, Embraco Air Pro fan motor, Embraco Flow Pro fan pack, Embraco variable-speed compressors, and the updated version of the YouControl development software.
The Pro generation brings significant advancements in capacity and functionality. The Embraco Sync Pro controller manages up to 16 components, including 12 variable-speed units (which can be compressors and/or fan motors) and four auxiliary components such as defrost and door heaters. The Embraco Flow Pro fan pack features a variable-speed motor that dynamically adjusts its speed to application and ambient conditions, coupled with a proprietary blade design for improved airflow. The latest version of the YouControl software comes with SVS Assistant, an auto-tuning tool that helps define optimal operating parameters for variable-speed compressors, to help our customers’ engineers in the development phase and reduce development time from weeks to just a few days.
“Both generations will remain on the market, complemented by new versions to be launched in the future”, explains Michel Moreira, Commercial Appliances Business Director for North America. “Our vision is to empower our customers to tailor the refrigerator loads’ behavior in a simple, clean, and fast way like no one else can do, providing them this authority through the unique YouControl suite,” he adds.
Embraco Pulse: digital capacity modulation technology
The new Embraco Pulse introduces digital capacity modulation technology to Embraco’s scroll portfolio, enabling precise cooling capacity from 10% to 100%. In this kind of technology, the motor runs continuously at a fixed speed while a solenoid valve rapidly switches the compression mechanism between loaded (compressing) and unloaded (coasting) states, achieving better temperature stability and control across a wide range of operational demands. The structure is similar to standard fixed-speed scroll compressors, making it easy to apply and maintain.
The Embraco Pulse portfolio offers capacities from 2HP to 15HP, with applications in both refrigeration and heating. In refrigeration, it serves multideck reach-ins and cold rooms, while in heating, it’s ideal for space heating and agriculture use, such as drying chambers.
“This new Embraco scroll product line delivers what the market demands: low noise levels, superior temperature stability that prevents product loss from freeze burn or dehydration, and energy savings during low-load operation”, explains Alessandro Pedrazzi, Head of Marketing, Engineering, and Sales of Nidec Scroll Technology at Nidec Global Appliance.
The future is R290
At AHR Las Vegas, Embraco will also highlight the urgent topic of low Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerants in the North American commercial market, with a focus on R290 (Propane). “In commercial refrigeration, particularly for self-contained applications, R290 has already proven to be the best future-proof choice due to its low GWP and its energy efficiency,” Moreira notes. “We have researched this topic for decades. Embraco was the pioneer in using natural refrigerants back in 1994, and we maintain the leadership in this field today with the most complete mix of R290 fixed-speed and variable-speed compressor portfolios in the market, both for new equipment and for replacements”, concludes the executive.
Complete and semi-complete systems to speed up production
A dedicated section of the booth will showcase Embraco’s capabilities in developing condensing units (CDUs) and monoblocks, offering OEMs and installers ready-to-use solutions:
Andes+, a high cooling capacity condensing unit for cold rooms and milk coolers. It features a depth up to 40% smaller than traditional units (just 12 inches), facilitating installation in limited spaces, and innovates by offering the external housing as an accessory that can be added to the unit after the unit is installed.
New Embraco monoblock: designed for top-mounted reach-in refrigerators and powered by Sync it All Pro components, this monoblock achieves over 30% energy savings compared to market standards, boasting a plug-and-play design compliant with DOE (Department of Energy) and NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) requirements.
Aftermarket CDUs standard portfolio. Offered in an EDP (Evaporative Drain Pan) configuration, with a pan installed below the compressor that is fully removable for easy maintenance, these units are available in Bare, Plus, and Ultimate package options, providing customers with flexible choices to meet diverse operational needs.
“Instead of offering only the compressor, we deliver different sets with a high level of assembly, from a basic condensing unit to a complete refrigeration unit, even already pre-charged with refrigerant”, states Moreira. “It not only saves our customers time by eliminating the need to buy and assemble multiple parts, but also allows them to focus their labor force on their core business, utilizing just one part number instead of several”, he adds.
