SEATTLE — Business Development Resources (BDR) has partnered with PPATEC to deliver two in-person HVAC training courses in the first quarter of 2026 at PPATEC’s training facility in Grantville, Pennsylvania.

According to BDR, the partnership is designed to provide hands-on education focused on service profitability and technician performance for HVAC contractors and service teams. The courses will be led by BDR coaches and hosted at PPATEC’s facility, which includes classroom instruction and practical lab environments.

The first course,

, is scheduled for Feb. 25–26, 2026. It will be taught by Jennifer Shooshanian, senior service coach and trainer at BDR, and is designed for HVAC business owners and service managers. The course focuses on strategies and processes used to operate profitable service departments.

A second course,

, will take place March 31–April 1, 2026. Led by Shaun Weiss, head coach and trainer at BDR, the course is designed for HVAC technicians and emphasizes customer communication skills and consistent service delivery procedures to help reduce callbacks and increase referrals.

BDR said the collaboration with PPATEC expands access to in-person training for home service contractors, while PPATEC noted that the partnership broadens its educational offerings beyond technical instruction to include service profitability and communication-focused training for HVAC service and installation teams.
