HARDI Sets Attendance Record at 2025 HVACR Conference

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Heating, Air-conditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) concluded 2025 with its largest Annual Conference to date, drawing more than 2,200 attendees to Las Vegas from Dec. 8–11.

According to HARDI, the conference included more than 600 wholesaler representatives from 192 companies, along with 67 Solution Center exhibitors, 37 member sponsors, and a sold-out Booth Program featuring more than 260 suppliers and manufacturers.

HARDI leaders said the strong turnout came despite a challenging year for the HVACR channel and reflected distributor focus on planning for growth in 2026. During the event, HARDI announced more than $1.5 million in new investments supporting advocacy, talent development, and market intelligence initiatives.

The conference featured keynote presentations and more than 30 breakout sessions covering market analysis, regulatory compliance, interest rate pressures, tariffs, changing customer expectations, and the expanding scope of distributor services.

HARDI also recognized individual and company achievements across advocacy, talent, and market intelligence and celebrated 10 years of partnership with Homes for Our Troops. Member companies raised more than $200,000 for the organization in 2025.

In addition, 22 participants graduated from HARDI’s Emerging Leaders program, a three-year initiative focused on developing future HVACR executives. HARDI announced leadership transitions and confirmed that its 2026 Annual Conference will take place Dec. 7–10 in San Diego, California.
