Gujarat-based solar module manufacturer

has secured a work order worth ₹2.76 billion (~$30.5 million) to supply 615 Wp N-type TOPCon and 620 Wp glass-to-glass solar modules from an independent power producer.

The modules must be supplied by May 2026.

In October 2025, Solex

a work order worth over ₹5.44 billion (~$61.33 million) from the Spain-based renewable energy project developer Zelestra Group to manufacture and supply N-Type TOPCon 615/620Wp glass-to-glass solar modules. The order will be completed in tranches by February and November 2026.

In the first half of the financial year 2026, it

a 52% year-over-year revenue growth of ₹4.15 billion (~$46.83 million)  from ₹2.73 billion (~$30.81 million). The growth was driven by expansion across its manufacturing and EPC business, an increase in demand across both domestic and international markets, and a rapidly expanding project portfolio.

Apart from manufacturing modules, Solex also provides engineering, procurement, and construction services for the renewable energy sector.

Solex said it is diversifying its customer portfolio, serving government agencies, public sector undertakings, corporate clients, and global partners across more than 20 Indian states and several international markets.

The company

a fully automated 4 GW solar manufacturing facility at Tadkeshwar, near Surat in Gujarat, which will integrate advanced robotics, precision engineering, and quality systems to manufacture high-efficiency solar modules with power ratings exceeding 600 W.

During FY 2026, Solex commenced commercial production of 800 MW at this facility, increasing its total operational capacity to 1.5 GW. It has also launched a 2.5 GW expansion project, which is currently in the testing phase. Additionally, Solex plans another 2.5 GW expansion by the end of FY 2026, bringing its total installed capacity to 6.5 GW.

The company plans to achieve 10 GW of solar module and 10 GW of solar cell manufacturing capacity by 2030.

the Approved List for Models and Manufacturers for ingots and wafers, Solex is exploring upstream integration through wafer and ingot manufacturing to establish a fully integrated solar value chain in India.
