Om Infra Ltd., a prominent EPC infrastructure development company specializing in water management, civil construction, and engineering solutions, has secured a significant water supply infrastructure project from Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Urban) in Shahjahanpur. This substantial contract, valued at ₹1,290 Million (₹129 crores), underscores Om Infra's expanding role in critical infrastructure initiatives and its ongoing commitment to providing sustainable, end-to-end solutions.
The comprehensive scope of the project includes a wide array of responsibilities, starting from surveying and soil investigation to the complete design and supply of all necessary materials, labor, and tools. Om Infra will oversee the construction and repair of overhead tanks, pump houses, boundary walls, staff quarters, gates, and site development. The work also involves the laying and jointing of rising mains and the distribution system, including making house connections. Furthermore, the project encompasses the construction of new tube wells and the reboring of existing ones, along with the implementation of a comprehensive PLS SCADA automation system for all tube wells, adhering strictly to tender specifications. The entire project will be executed on a turnkey basis, including commissioning, testing, trials, and addressing defect liabilities before the final handover to Nagar Nigam, Shahjahanpur.
