Real estate firm Pacific Group will develop a 15 lakh square feet shopping mall and a hotel in Jaipur as part of its expansion strategy to tap into the growing demand for premium retail spaces, a senior company executive said.
The group, which currently operates nine shopping malls totaling over 30 lakh square feet across Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Dehradun, is now entering the Rajasthan market.
"We have a portfolio of nine shopping malls and now we are expanding in Jaipur, Rajasthan," Pacific Group Managing Director Abhishek Bansal told PTI. He added that the company has acquired an 11-acre land parcel in Jaipur for the upcoming project.
