Oyster Renewable Energy Private Limited and Jindal Stainless have partly commissioning of a 315.6 MW solar-wind hybrid renewable energy project in Agar-Malwa, Madhya Pradesh.

The project, being developed with a total investment of over Rs 20 billion, includes a committed investment of Rs 1.32 billion from Jindal Stainless. It spans Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat, with about 216 MW of solar and wind capacity in Madhya Pradesh and an additional 99 MW in Gujarat. The project is being commissioned in phases, starting with the Madhya Pradesh facility, and is designed to support Jindal Stainless’s industrial decarbonisation efforts through a co-located hybrid configuration using bifacial solar modules with tracker systems and Suzlon 3.15 MW wind turbines.
