Scope of the contract will cover the maintenance, scheduled service and inspection, scheduled repair, unscheduled repair and safety inspection of NI Water's plant and agricultural machinery.

The water company will be responsible for scheduling of services and repairs in consultation and liaison with the appointed contractor. The scope of the service, maintenance and repairs will include all works necessary to ensure the NI Water’s plant and machinery is maintained so that it

remains safe to use, and that the maintenance operation is carried out safely.

Current estimated start and end contract dates are 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2029 with further possible extensions up to 30 September 2033.

NI Water has issued a a general market enquiry in the form of a Request for Information to identify and engage with suppliers who can provide it with plant and agricultural machinery service, maintenance and repairs to equipment.
