Compressed foam filters for sampling of raw and potable waters and laboratory consumables to isolate Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia oocysts compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking Water (2010) - Part 14 - Methods for the isolation, identification and enumeration of Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia cysts
A fluorescein-labelled monoclonal antibody reagent which binds specifically to Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia cysts that display bright green fluorescence using a fluorescent microscope and laboratory consumables to isolateCryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia oocysts compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking Water (2010) - Part 14 - Methods for the isolation, identification and enumeration of Cryptosporidium oocysts and Giardia cysts.
The enumeration of coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli by a defined substrate most probable number technique incubated at 37 °C compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking Water (2009) - Part 4 - Methods for the isolation and enumeration of coliform bacteria and Escherichia coli (including E. coli O157:H7).
Media required for the detection of micro-organisms in potable, raw water and wastewater samples using membrane filtration and pour plate methods compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking Water (2009) documentations excluding Part 14.
A selection of sterile and non-sterile containers of varying volume are required to take potable, raw and waste water samples. A portion of containers will require pre-dosing with preservatives.
Tests kits and reagents for the detection of Chlorine, COD, Non-Ionic detergent, Hexavalent Chromium, Sulphide, Free Cyanide and Formaldehyde in water and wastewaters.
Bacterial reference materials that contain a certified quantity of pure cultures of micro-organisms for internal quality control compliant with The Microbiology of Drinking Water (2009) documentations.
A selection of supplies to carry out routine maintenance of Gas Chromatographs and Liquid Chromatographs.
Initial term of the framework agreement duration will be 4years with possible extension options for up to a further 4 years.
