Nashville International Airport (BNA) is marking Black History Month with a month long tribute to Black musicians through its Arts at the Airport programme, offering passengers and visitors live performances throughout February.
The Black History Month Music Series celebrates the significant contributions of Black musicians to American music while reinforcing BNA’s commitment to showcasing the creative talent that shapes Middle Tennessee’s rich cultural landscape. The programme features an exceptional lineup of local and regional artists spanning soul, jazz, R&B, gospel, blues and contemporary styles.
All performances take place pre security on the C D exit stage near Green Beans Coffee Co., providing an accessible and welcoming space for passengers, airport employees and community members to gather and enjoy live music. The location allows both departing and arriving travellers to experience the performances without passing through security screening.
