Quikserv is celebrating 40 years of service to the commercial, retail, healthcare and quick-service restaurant industries.
Founded in 1986 by Texas glazier Jim Epps, Quikserv originated from a request to design a custom drive-thru window for a local restaurant. This initial project served as the foundation for a company that has since grown into a globally recognized provider to some of the world’s most renowned brands. To date, Quikserv has manufactured and installed more than 150,000 window and pass-thru systems for a range of applications and institutions worldwide.
“We’re proud to have helped businesses serve customers safely, securely and more efficiently since 1986, one transaction at a time,” says Jason Epps, CEO and president of Quikserv and its parent company, Specialty Fenestration Group. Epps represents the company’s second generation of leadership, assuming his current role following his acquisition of the business in 2006. “Reaching this 40-year milestone is a testament to our customers’ continued trust in our products and our team’s passion and dedication to innovation and quality.”
Quikserv officials say that throughout its history, the company has adapted to evolving markets and technologies by focusing on product innovation, operational efficiency and building long-term partnerships. It is currently expanding its portfolio of security and ballistic-rated solutions in collaboration with its sister company, U.S. Bullet Proofing, to meet growing demands for enhanced security applications.
To commemorate its 40th anniversary, Quikserv will host a series of partner and employee appreciation events throughout the year. The company will also launch a digital retrospective highlighting its people, flagship projects and key milestones that have defined its four-decade history of innovation and growth.
