Real estate major Brigade Group has further expanded its footprint in Bengaluru's thriving commercial landscape with the acquisition of an 11-acre land parcel strategically located opposite the International Tech Park Bangalore (ITPL) in Whitefield. The company plans to develop a high-end commercial project on this prime land, boasting a gross leasable area of approximately 1.5 million square feet and an estimated gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹2,000 crore.
