Southern California-based early-stage venture capital firm and growth accelerator Expert Dojo has announced an initial investment of $15 million for Indian start-ups, marking a significant step in its expansion into one of the world’s fastest-growing tech ecosystems.
The investment forms part of Expert Dojo’s newly launched $100 million third global fund and will be deployed over the first year to support 20 to 25 early-stage start-ups across sectors including fintech, B2B, SaaS, and AI. While the fund is sector-agnostic, the firm emphasized a focus on start-ups with global scalability potential.
“Founders can expect investment cheques ranging from $50,000 to $1 million, alongside access to Expert Dojo’s international mentorship and go-to-market network,” the company said in a statement.
The move underscores the growing interest among global venture capital firms in India's dynamic start-up landscape, as they seek to tap into the country’s innovation-driven growth and expanding entrepreneurial base.
